Have you seen the Academy awarded movie Parasite? In the movie, the families chow down on a Korean ramen noodle dish called jjapaguri (chapaguri).
Jjapaguri is super easy to make with just a few main ingredients like instant noodles and is full of flavor and spice.

    Easy, inexpensive, instant noodles.

Jjapaguri noodles are a combination of the brand Nongshim’s spicy seafood and Chapagetti instant noodles. The Chapagetti is basically the instant version of the Korean jajangmyeon noodles, which are noodles topped with a creamy thick black bean, vegetable, and pork sauce.
The popular noodles are typically made with the noodles from the Nongshim brand. I mixed the spicy seafood noodles with a different brand’s instant jajangmyeon before and the taste was not far from using the original brands. Still very good.

    Asian household staple.

Instant ramen noodles are a staple at my home. We grew up eating so many different kinds and from various countries besides Chinese, such as Korean, Hong Kong, Indonesian, and many more.
I made the infamous jjapaguri (aka chapaguri) instant noodles in my own way and topped it with a sunny side up egg and green onions.

    Basic steps.

The most basic of steps is to just mix the two instant noodles together and add the spices to the preferred flavor.
Jjapaguri (actually any instant noodles itself) is so versatile, quick, and easy, you can pretty much pair it with any preferred toppings and protein. Anything is yummy with an egg though, right?
