I admit that the pandemic has not been an easy adjustment for anyone, especially with canceled plans and long days stuck at home.
However, one of the greatest joys of being stuck at home is being able to cook hot meals and enjoy them immediately.
I used to make breakfast for me and the Mrs. the night before, pack it up, and heat up my breakfast at work. Then work while I scarf down my microwaved breakfast.

    Breakfast on the go.

Being stuck at home actually gave me the opportunity to research recipes, learn cooking hacks, and prepare myself for the future hectic mornings running out of the house when I have to return to the office.
This work from home opportunity gave me a chance to make this super delicious one pan egg toast hack that was so easy to make.
There are many different methods available on Youtube but this egg toast sandwich I created here uses the same ingredients that I have in my home pretty much all the time.

    Easy ingredients.

Ingredients that are always in my home? Eggs, cheese, bread, and butter. Yup, just very few ingredients and I eat a yummy breakfast with protein.
This literally took me 5 minutes to make and all in one pan so no need to cook the eggs in a separate pan and then toast the bread and cheese separately.

One pan – easy clean up.

Basic instruction is to coat the bread in the egg mix in the pan, flip the sandwich, add cheese or any topping of choice, and fold the sandwich together. Yes, all in one pan. No additional dishes to wash. *High Five!*
I’ve made this a few times on busy mornings and right before I jump on long Zoom calls where my associates can possibly hear my stomach grumble with hunger!

    Must try!

Learn how to make this super easy egg sandwich with cheese using just a few ingredients. This one pan egg toast is perfect for those busy mornings on the go.
I make this hot breakfast on the go all the time when I need some protein in the morning. Pair this sandwich with fresh juice or hot coffee and you’re ready to conquer the morning.
