    Hello! If you’re a burger fanatic, you have to try this super popular loose meat burger recipe. It is easy and fast to make in your own kitchen.
    I usually like my beef burger patty thick and medium with all the traditional burger toppings, but I was not disappointed when I tried this loose meat burger.
    Sandwich or Burger?
    Some may even argue that the loose ground meat is not considered a burger without the traditional burger patty recipe.
    Some may also even argue that this loose meat burger is considered a sandwich. What do you think?

    This loose meat burger has all the flavors and toppings of a traditional burger. And the ground beef was juicy and full of flavor with the grilled and charred flavor.

    Ingredients

    Adjust Servings
    1/2 pound ground beef (or meat of choice)
    1/2 cup minced white onion
    Dash of salt and peper to taste
    1/2 tablespoon oil of choice
    1 pair of hamburger buns
    1/2 tablespoon of butter
    1/2 cup sliced onion (for toppings)
    1/2 cup shredded lettuce (for toppings)
    1 tablespoon of yellow mustard (for toppings)

    Directions

    1.

    Saute it:

    In a large skillet on medium heat, sauté minced onions, ground beef, salt and pepper, and simmer until meat is cooked through (or of choice).
    Mark as complete

    Drain it:

    If necessary, drain the extra oil and liquid during cooking to help with browning the meat.
    Mark as complete

    Time for buns:

    On a separate pan, heat up the butter and toast the buns until lightly browned.
    Mark as complete

    Spread it:

    Spread toppings of choice on burger buns. I personally love the loose meat burger with mustard.

    Top it:

    Top a heaping spoonful of burger meat on the bun. Top with lettuce and other condiments of choice like spicy jalapenos.
