Hello! I am bringing you another Hawaiian inspired dish straight from the islands. (Can you tell I really miss traveling from the lockdowns??)
This macaroni pasta salad is super easy to put together. I admit that the prep time is a bit longer from the added ingredients and the pasta’s cooking time. But it is completely worth it!
This is one of my favorite side dishes to make when we barbeque. It is a great pairing with all the meats since it has that sweet, tangy flavor with the carbs.
The Trick to Eating More Veges
Although I added carrots and celery to my dish, you can add any vegetables to your liking. The mayo sauce really coats any typical veges well.
I do have a secret tip at the end though. My secret is to top off this side dish with smoked paprika.
    Secret Ingredient
Regular paprika can work too but the smoked paprika complements the bbq dish I pair the salad with.
