Hawaiian Garlic Butter Shrimp

1 pound of cleaned and deveined shrimp | |
1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning | |
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika | |
1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning | |
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning | |
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper | |
1 tablespoon of corn starch (to coat the shrimp) | |
1 medium bulb of minced garlic | |
1 tablespoon of olive oil (or oil of choice) | |
0.25 cup of salted butter | |
0.5 a lemon (or to taste) |
Directions

Combine the seasonings:
Combine 1 teaspoon each of the Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

Mince it:
Chop and mince the 1 medium bulb of garlic and set aside. Chop more if preferred.

Coat the shrimp:
In a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of corn starch with the shrimp. Mix well into all the shrimp is coated evenly.

Butter up:
In a heated sauce pan, add the 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/4 cup of salted butter.

Mix well:
Once the butter has melted, add the mixed seasonings, and mix well.

Add the shrimp:
Add the shrimp in a single layer to the garlic butter mixture.

Flip it:
Cook each side of the shrimp for about 2 minutes. Be sure not to overcook the shrimp.

Remove:
Remove the shrimp from heat. Serve with lemon wedges and white rice on the side.
