4 cloves of garlic | |
1 tablespoon cooking oil | |
0.5 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional) | |
2 tablespoon of water (help with steaming) | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions

Oil on heat:
Add oil to a heated pan.

Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to season the oil.

Add the broccolini, 2 tablespoons of water, and constantly flipping for 1 minute.
