Potato Hash with Sausage and Eggs

0.5 bell pepper of choice (diced) | |
0.5 onion of choice (diced) | |
2 garlic cloves (minced) | |
1 sausage of choice (diced) | |
2 medium potatoes choice (cubed) | |
1 teaspoon of oil of choice | |
1 large egg | |
1 tablespoon of butter | |
1 teaspoon of paprika (optional) | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
1.
Oil on heat:
Add oil to a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Heat it up:
When the oil is hot, add the potatoes and sausages.

Other ingredients:
After about 2 minutes, add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Mix ingredients together well.

Season it:
Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.

Stir it:
Stir frequently until the potatoes and onions are soft, tender, and lightly browned. Remove from heat when cooking texture is reached. Mine was about 5 minutes later.

Egg up:
In a separate heated pan, add the butter and crack the egg into the pan. Cook the egg to desired taste. Mine was about 5 minutes for a runny sunny side up egg.

Plate up:
Spoon the cooked potato hash onto a plate and top with egg.
