    Garlic Broccolini Saute

    Ingredients

    Adjust Servings
    1 pound brocollini
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    0.5 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
    2 tablespoon of water (help with steaming)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1.

    Oil on heat:

    Add oil to a heated pan.
    Mark as complete

    Garlic time:

    Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to season the oil.
    Mark as complete
    3.

    Vege time:

    Add the broccolini, 2 tablespoons of water, and constantly flipping for 1 minute.
    Mark as complete

    Season it:

    Add salt and pepper to taste

    Flip it:

    Constantly flipping until desired tenderness.
